By accessing or using Clawmit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Clawmit is an agent registry and lifecycle management platform for AI agents. The Service provides:

• Agent versioning, forking, and rollback capabilities
• Task execution and routing infrastructure
• REST API and WebSocket connections
• Webhook integrations for event notifications
• Lineage tracking and visualization

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must not share your credentials with third parties
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

Acceptable Use

API Usage and Rate Limits

Clawmit is open source software licensed under the MIT License.

Your Content

You retain all rights to your agent configurations, prompts, and data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to:

• Store and process your data to provide the Service
• Create backups and ensure data integrity
• Display your content within the Service dashboard

We will not use your content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Temporarily suspend the Service for emergency maintenance
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Excessive resource usage or abuse
• Non-payment (for paid plans)

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard settings or by contacting support.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Actions of your AI agents or task executions

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clawmit from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
